Artist Olafur Eliasson's institute investigates how spaces affect the perception of reality and influence artists. On the one hand, this involves the question of which social factors determine art and the art world. On the other hand, it analyses the intersections between artistic creation and scientific disciplines that deal with space. The results will be incorporated into the further development of teaching at the Universität der Künste Berlin.
