"Viaggio da Berlino a Zante" is a research project of the Freie Universität Berlin in cooperation with the Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften. The project examines the transfer of culture and knowledge between Germany, Italy and Greece in the 19th century and aims to contribute to an understanding of Berlin as an intellectual and cultural centre for the formation of a common European modernity.
